BC Businesses – Grants of Up to $7,500 Available to Improve Your Website
The Government of British Columbia has announced Launch Online, a grant program that will invest up to $12 million to assist BC’s small and medium businesses to transition or expand to online markets.
The grant pays for up to 75% of eligible expenses, to a maximum of $7,500 per business, including:
- Website and ecommerce development
- Content development (copywriting, hiring a photographer, stock photography purchase)
- E-commerce platform fees (up to 1 year)
- Online advertising (up to 1 year) and advertising creative (banner ads etc.)
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Staff training
